Speed and peak-hour stability

Route checkAssess by use case

Typical tasks, during your usual hours

To assess whether a VPN connection suits you, test it during the hours you actually use it. Smooth browsing during the day does not guarantee the same video or meeting experience at peak times. VPNGlass offers routes in different regions. Keep your local network and target app constant, then compare available routes in the same region. Check page loads, uninterrupted playback and reconnection. If you experience lag, check your local network first, then try another route; avoid changing several settings at once. Route status is a reference for choosing a route—the real test is whether your task keeps working.

Privacy overviewAnonymous, no logs

Create an account without an email

VPNGlass follows an anonymous, no-logs policy. You can create an account with a username and password—no email address required. A VPN service's privacy policy is separate from the accounts, browser history and login sessions maintained by the websites and apps you use. Connecting to a VPN does not automatically erase information saved by other apps. Keep your account credentials secure and don't share subscription details publicly. Before sharing a screenshot for support, hide any sensitive fields. Review the privacy policy to understand how information is handled and decide what works for you.

Unlimited devices

Device overviewUnlimited devices

Switch devices without counting slots

Use the same VPNGlass subscription for work on your computer, browsing on your phone or tablet, and video on another device—with no limit on concurrent devices. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux are supported. Get and import the subscription using the steps for each platform's client. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data: all devices use data from your plan. Confirm the connection on your main device first, then set up the others one at a time to make troubleshooting easier.

Access to AI tools

App overviewAI tools

Using ChatGPT and other tools? Check the region first

When using AI tools such as ChatGPT, check separately whether the site loads, your account can sign in and the features you need are available. Review the tool's supported regions and account requirements, then choose a route in the appropriate region. Keep your exit location consistent where possible. If you encounter a sign-in loop or region warning, don't just keep switching accounts; check your browser cache, app proxy rules and DNS settings. VPNGlass provides network connections, not tool accounts or platform eligibility. Available features depend on the platform's rules and how it identifies your connection.

Streaming

Streaming overviewRegional availability

Check the content library and playback separately

Choosing the right region is only a starting point for streaming. Platforms may use your account region, detected exit location and content licensing to determine which titles are available. A route's name is no guarantee of ongoing access. Check the platform's catalog, then play the content you actually want to watch and assess the resolution and buffering. If the site loads but playback fails, check whether the app is using the VPN and verify your account status before trying another route. VPNGlass provides cross-border VPN access; users remain responsible for platform memberships and content access under each platform's rules.

30-day refunds

Refund information30-day refunds

Understand the terms before you get started

VPNGlass offers 30-day refunds. Before choosing a plan, check that it supports your devices and consider your usual destinations and data needs. After connecting, test routes in your actual work, browsing or streaming scenarios. Eligibility and refund procedures are governed by the Terms of Service. To request a refund, submit a support ticket through the user panel. Include the app name, device operating system and any error message to help identify whether the issue is local configuration or the route. Don't post your password or full subscription details publicly.

Popular locations and routes

Countries and regions are just a starting point. Choose a route based on both the service's target region and your own network conditions.

For everyday browsing, start by comparing popular locations such as Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore. For region-specific content, choose an exit location within the platform's service area. A closer location isn't always faster: your local carrier, time of day and the route to the destination site all matter. Keep one everyday route and an alternative in the same region. If something goes wrong, compare the two before switching countries, which can cause apps to reassess your sign-in environment.

The table below is a static index of popular locations, not a guarantee of live availability or streaming access. Check the user panel for city details and specific route types. A relay route describes the connection path; it does not guarantee that a platform will accept its exit location. Visit the nodes page for full coverage, and check the routes currently available in your client before connecting.

Route status reference

Route status is only a guide; your experience depends on your device and network. After connecting, test with the websites and apps you use.

When troubleshooting, change one thing at a time. Keep the app and local network unchanged and try another route first. If several routes have the same issue, check your local connection, subscription status and app rules.

Clients and subscription access

Sign in to the user panel to get your subscription. Client downloads are available there too—no need to look elsewhere for an installer.

Sign in to download clients for Windows, macOS, Android and Linux. For iOS, downloading requires an account with an active plan. In the user panel, choose the option for your device, install the client, then get and import your subscription. Subscription details are provided for your account; don't share them publicly or post the full address in public forums. If you've imported a configuration before, confirm after updating that the client is using your current subscription, not an older route saved manually.

When connecting for the first time, allow the network configuration when prompted by your operating system. On mobile, check whether battery-saving settings may stop background connections. On desktop, remember that browser access doesn't guarantee access from other apps; apps may not all use the same proxy settings. After importing, test a real webpage, the exit region and the apps you use. Step-by-step instructions are in the guides; if you run into an error, use the troubleshooting page to check each possibility.

Monthly plans, sized to your data needs

Every plan supports unlimited concurrent devices. Compare the data allowances—there's no need to count device slots.

Don't use the same amount every month? Consider a data pack

Data packs never expire and remain available until used: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Monthly plans suit regular use; data packs are for variable usage when you want to pay based on what you use. The two options work differently, so compare your usage frequency and expected data—not just the price.

Monthly plan data resets on your activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. Streaming quality, file transfers and multiple devices all affect usage; check your actual data records in the panel. Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Verify the plan and amount in the panel before paying.

Frequently asked questions

Account requirements, device limits, data and refunds—here are the details that are easy to confuse.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your credentials secure and manage sign-in sessions on your own devices. Get your subscription from the user panel after signing in; it is account-specific information. When contacting support, share the error message and device details, but never send your password or post your full subscription address publicly.

Are there limits on concurrent devices? Is data unlimited too?

Concurrent devices are unlimited, but data depends on the plan you choose. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. When using the subscription on computers and mobile devices, count their data use together. Device limits and plan data are different things, so estimate your usage based on your main activities before choosing.

What's the difference between a monthly plan and a data pack?

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. Data packs never expire and remain available until used. If you use the service regularly, compare monthly plans; if your usage schedule varies, consider a data pack. When you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Prices, data allowances and billing details are listed on the plans page; check your order details in the user panel too.

Why can't I use a website or app even though I'm connected?

A connected status means the client completed its connection process; it doesn't mean every app is using that route. Check the target app's proxy rules and exit region, then review DNS, account permissions and the platform's supported regions. If your browser works but one app doesn't, check that app's settings first. If several apps have the same issue, compare your local network and other routes. Keep the error message—it makes troubleshooting easier than reinstalling repeatedly.

How long is the refund period, and where do I apply?

The refund period is 30 days, no questions asked. See the Terms of Service for eligibility and instructions. To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket. If you're also having connection issues, include your operating system, client steps, what you were doing and when the problem occurred to help identify configuration issues. Refund requests and route troubleshooting are separate matters; follow the terms and instructions in the panel.
