Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date; data packages never expire. The two options have different billing rules, so don’t choose based on total data alone. On narrow screens, swipe horizontally to view the full table.

Choose a Plan by Usage

Choose a billing option first, then compare data allowances. Prices are shown on each card; switching tabs only changes what’s displayed.

Monthly plan: for regular use, managed month by month

A good fit for users with regular international access needs. Budget and data are managed monthly. Data resets on your activation date, not at the start of the calendar month. Before ordering, check the plan status and reset date shown in the panel.

Light use

Monthly Plan · 60GB

¥9.9/month

For browsing, messaging, and light AI chats. If you’re not sure how much data you use, check usage in the panel first to decide whether you need a larger tier.

  • 60GB per month

  • Data resets monthly on your activation date
  • 30-day, no-questions-asked refunds

Video streaming and file transfers also use data. A light-use plan does not mean unlimited usage.

Choose This Plan
Everyday mixed use

Monthly Plan · 250GB

¥18/month

For users who alternate between browsing, AI tools, and video streaming. This tier offers more data per month than the light-use option. Consider how often you stream, download files, and use multiple devices when choosing.

  • 250GB per month
  • Unlimited devices
  • Data resets monthly on your activation date
  • 30-day, no-questions-asked refunds

A larger data allowance doesn’t mean a higher fixed speed or guarantee access to any platform.

Higher data usage

Monthly Plan · 500GB

¥28/month

For users who regularly stream video, transfer files, or switch between devices throughout the day. Choose this tier based on your monthly data needs, not on the expectation that every app will perform the same way.

  • 500GB per month
  • Unlimited devices
  • Data resets monthly on your activation date
  • 30-day, no-questions-asked refunds

Your data allowance still has a limit. Check your remaining data regularly so you’re not caught short when you need it.

Billing Basics

Data Package Expiry and Monthly Plan Resets

A data package isn’t just a monthly plan with a different name. It draws down from a total allowance until used up, and never expires. A monthly plan’s data resets each month on your activation date. When comparing plans, check the billing type before the price and allowance so you don’t mistake a data package’s total allowance for a monthly one.

If you need access every day, a monthly plan makes it easier to track your budget and remaining data by month. If your usage is concentrated around specific tasks, a data package lets you keep what you haven’t used. Choose based on your usage patterns; neither option is best for everyone.

If you upgrade a monthly plan partway through its term, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Read the plan change details shown in the panel before proceeding. Don’t treat the price difference as payment for a full month or assume the upgrade follows data package expiry rules. If anything is unclear, confirm it through a ticket before continuing.

Included with every Plan

Plans mainly differ in billing type and data allowance. Here are the features they share, so there’s no need to compare each card individually.

Multiple devices
Unlimited devices. Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. There’s no device limit, but your data is still subject to the plan allowance. When using multiple devices at once, local network conditions also matter.
International route coverage
110+ countries / 190+ routes. Choose an exit region based on the service you want to access. Coverage gives you more route options; it doesn’t guarantee that every route will perform the same at all times. See the Locations page for details.
Privacy
Anonymous, no logs. Keep your account secure, and don’t share your password or subscription details in public screenshots, chat logs, or documents. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
App access
Use it as needed to browse international resources and access AI tools and streaming services. Third-party platforms may identify connections based on exit region, account, and their own rules; a plan allowance doesn’t guarantee that specific content will play. Read our streaming guide before choosing a route.
User panel and support tickets
Manage your plan, get subscription details, and submit questions in the user panel. For connection issues, include your device platform, selected region, and error message to help us investigate. Don’t send your password, full subscription link, or sensitive payment details.
Refund policy
30-day, no-questions-asked refunds. You can consider changing routes and requesting a refund separately. See the Terms of Service for the full refund policy; you don’t need to troubleshoot your connection before reviewing it.

Data allowance, device count, and connection speed are different things. A larger data tier helps you plan usage; actual connection performance also depends on your local connection, exit route, and target service.

Payment Methods and Order Checks

AlipayWeChat PayUSDT

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Select a plan card to open the user panel, choose your plan, create an order, and complete payment. This page lists prices and rules; check order status, plan status, and subscription details in the user panel.

Check your plan before heading to checkout

Confirm whether the order is for a monthly plan or a data package, then check the price and allowance. Don’t compare similar data amounts without considering the billing type. To change an existing plan, review the change details shown in the panel first so you don’t confuse a new order with an upgrade.

Choose a payment method and follow the checkout instructions. For USDT, carefully verify the network, recipient details, and amount shown on the page. Don’t reuse screenshots from an old order or enter details based on what someone said in chat. If the checkout page shows something unexpected, pause and confirm through a ticket.

After payment, check your account

Check the order status and confirm that your plan is active, then go to the downloads and subscriptions section. A payment confirmation and a successful connection in the client are not the same thing. If the order isn’t marked complete, keep the order details and don’t create another order for the same request. Include the steps you took and the messages shown on screen in your support ticket.

No email address required. Create an account with a username and password, and keep your login details safe. Sign in to download clients for Windows / macOS / Android / Linux; the official iOS download requires an active plan. Sign-in is required to get your subscription. Find the link in the user panel download section. See the setup guide for installation and import instructions.

30-day, no-questions-asked refunds

Refund Requests and What to Prepare

VPNGlass offers 30-day, no-questions-asked refunds. See the Terms of Service for the full refund policy. Before choosing a plan, review the prices, data rules, and refund terms together. If your needs change, the terms explain how to request a refund.

To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and submit your request with the relevant order details in the support ticket area. If your account has multiple orders, identify the one in question so it isn’t confused with a plan inquiry or upgrade request.

After submitting your ticket, you can add information and check for replies there. Your password and full subscription link aren’t needed to explain an order issue; don’t send them. Redact unrelated personal information from screenshots. Refunds are handled through support tickets and under the Terms of Service; this page doesn’t promise a separate processing or payment timeline.

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. For an upgrade partway through the billing period, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check the change details shown in the panel before upgrading. Don’t calculate the difference as a full month or treat an upgrade like a data package top-up.

Do data packages expire, and how do they compare with monthly plans?

Data packages remain available until used and never expire. If you use the service regularly, compare monthly plans; if you use it less often and want to keep unused data, compare data packages. Data packages don’t reset monthly and aren’t unlimited.
